Welcome to VYRLT, operated by Z Media Group LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, United States (“we”, “us”, “our”, or “VYRLT”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the VYRLT mobile app, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using VYRLT, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

VYRLT is an AI platform that helps TikTok creators generate viral content ideas, scripts, and strategy insights to improve their content performance.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
By using VYRLT, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you may need to create an account.
You agree to:
Provide accurate and up-to-date information;
Keep your login credentials secure;
Accept responsibility for all activity under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent activity.
4. Use of the Service
You may use the Service solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
Use VYRLT for any unlawful or misleading purpose;
Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or resell any part of the Service;
Upload content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights;
Interfere with or disrupt the Service’s functionality or security.
We may suspend or restrict your access if we detect misuse or abuse.
5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
VYRLT uses artificial intelligence (including third-party APIs such as OpenAI) to generate content ideas, scripts, and recommendations.
You acknowledge and agree that:
AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies or creative errors;
You are solely responsible for how you use, publish, or rely on this content;
VYRLT and Z Media Group LLC are not liable for any damages or losses arising from reliance on generated content.
You must review all outputs before using them publicly or commercially.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
Certain features of the Service may require payment (“Paid Features”).
Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
By purchasing a subscription or feature, you authorise us (or our payment processor) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until cancelled.
All fees are stated in USD (or as otherwise displayed) and are non-refundable, except as required by law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting hello@vyrlt.com.
If your payment fails, your access to Paid Features may be suspended until payment is completed.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, software, design, trademarks, and materials within the Service are the exclusive property of Z Media Group LLC or its licensors.
You retain ownership of content you input into the app, but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, process, and display such content solely to operate and improve the Service.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any VYRLT materials without prior written consent.
8. Third-Party Services
VYRLT integrates with third-party providers such as:
OpenAI (AI content generation)
Stripe (payments)
Supabase (data hosting and authentication)
Your use of these services may also be governed by their respective terms and policies.
We are not responsible for third-party content, functionality, or outages.
9. Data Protection
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect and how we use it.
By using the Service, you consent to such processing.
10. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at hello@vyrlt.com.
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that harms other users or the integrity of the Service.
Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will cease immediately.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VYRLT and Z Media Group LLC are not liable for any:
Loss of profits, revenue, or data;
Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages;
Reliance on AI-generated content or decisions made using it.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the preceding 12 months.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Z Media Group LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time.
Changes take effect when posted within the app or on our website.
Your continued use after any changes means you accept the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If you are based in the UK or EU, you may also have mandatory rights under your local consumer protection laws.
16. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably.
If unresolved, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration in Wyoming, USA, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), unless otherwise required by applicable law.
